In the rush of the season, I feel like I get so caught up in shopping, or getting things done, that I rarely just hang out before Christmas and enjoy. This year has been different. I got organized for the first time and everything was done before the end of this week. So I realized how sweet it is just to enjoy the weeks leading up to Christmas, and not feeling that crazed rush manic feeling that sets me into panic mode. It is a totally new feeling, and I am loving it. I must remind myself next year how great it feels not to be running around days before Christmas eve shopping. AND best part is I completly was able to avoid the mall. I hope you are all enjoying this time, with friends, kids, sisters, etc. and able to catch a breath. Here are a few random images I shot with my newest prime lens (that I am in love with).
Here are a couple of Christmas ideas of where to shop: Etsy (I love this delicate ring). Jcrew Factory (60% off sale) Terrain. Love this tabletop tree.. Or make your own wreaths as a gift. Also please check out my new print shop (i’ve added some new prints). I love the Glicee prints, in a frame! I always think the gift of art is the loviliest. Remeber to shop small & try to support local. If you shop online through Amazon, don’t forget to add your favorite chairty or organization to your Amazon Smile page. This year I chose the Sandy Hook Promise foundation.
