Ok, this isn’t really a recipe, but i’ve been busy editing away and thought I would pop on to the blog and share one of my favorite snacks as of late. I saw this on one of my favorite food blogs a long time ago, and had totally forgotten about it until just recently.
With or without butter, this is really satisfying. I also have used my own greek yogurt dip, with feta, cucumbers and dill for dipping (or spreading). Now that summer is bringing fresh garden vegetables to the table there are all sorts of happy (healthy) snacks. Sorry Cape Cod potato chips. I’m shelving you for a bit. You could slice the radishes ahead of time and serve as a appetizer, and let your guests add the butter and salt to their liking. You can also buy some baguette bread (or make your own) and butter each slice, and place the sliced radishes on top, and sprinkle with sea salt. Easy and different.
