When is the last time you were in your family pictures? I know moms who have an iPhone in their pocket, and will whip it out and maybe take a selfie with their kid, and husband. But you deserve to have these moments captured in a beautiful, relaxed way. Someday you will look back on these moments and say "this was us" . Don't wait to have your picture taken because: you'll lose that five pounds, you hate the way your nose looks, you have no time, you're afraid your kids will misbehave. They may, and that's ok. I got this! I want you to cherish these pictures, like fine art or your grandmothers china. Hang them on your walls, make an album for your kids to show their kids. What do you remember from your childhood? If you’re like most grown-ups you remember through pictures. Pictures that tell the story that makes you remember. Family sessions are laid back, fun and usually outdoors or in your home. If you are looking for everyone posing and looking at the camera, then I am probably not for you. And That's ok. There are plenty of other photographers who do that. I am more interested in capturing the genuine, spontaneous moments that reflect your family's unique personality and connections.
