The Inn at Longshore Wedding

The Inn at Longshore is a gorgeous spot to get married, right on the sound, in Westport , CT.

Ned + Danielle married on a hot late-summer evening in Westport, Ct. At the Inn Longshore, outdoors. Only the view of the water behind them, and white peonies everywhere. It was a beautiful setting, and it’s one of the reasons the Inn at Longshore is one of my favorite venues in CT. With the help of the staff at the Inn, On the Marc Events and the catering, The brides impeccable aesthetic Everything was as perfect as good be. The food, the flowers, everything was perfect. Their friends all came from afar, family stood by their side. They incorporated both their religions into the ceremony. And celebrated with a huge and drawn out cocktail party on the shore, till the sun went down. Then headed in to dinner for toasts and dancing.

The Bride and groom chose a first look, so that they would feel more relaxed at the ceremony. They also wanted to get all the more formal pictures before the ceremony. So we opted for a first look, and an hour or so of more formal group shots. They were able to enjoy cocktails and food with friends and family after the ceremony!

The Entire Day was amazing, despite some nerves about the weather…

All Day before the Ceremony which was around 5’o clock, it was overcast, and really humid. A little bit of rain, while the wedding party was getting ready. However, The rain quickly stoped, and the weather in the evening was beautiful, a stunning sunset, and cool breezes off the Long Island sound kept everyone chill!
